What is a tank head?

A tank head is a formed metal end that seals tanks and pressure vessels, providing them with incredible strength and durability. Complete tanks also feature rolled cylinders and cones, with rolled shells forming the body of the tank and cones providing smooth transitions between sections.

Tank heads are used across industries such as oil and gas, HVAC, cryogenics, storage tanks, sanitation, food and beverage, data centers, boilers, aerospace, energy, vacuum, and industrial fabrication, ensuring tanks meet ASME, and API standards.
